RAIR Residency Deadline

DUE NOV 30TH! RESIDENCY APPLICATIONS We are super excited that RAIR is open to the public for applications for the first time ever! For the past few years, we've been piloting the residency program with select artists. Now, we have a system in place to accommodate a full roster of artists in 2014. We can't wait to see the applications that come in. Here's some important things to know: 1. Applications are due on November 30th.  There's still a whole month to go before the deadline. That's a good chunk of time to do put together a solid application. There are FAQ's on our website and you can find the application here. 2. There are two application tracks.  We are offering a "Standard Residency" and the "Biggie Shorty Residency".  Artists should apply the program that best meets the needs of their project. 3. Applicants are HIGHLY encouraged to take a tour before applying.  The RAIR studio space is housed within a very busy industrial facility, which is incredible but not for everyone. It's hard to wrap your head around the moving parts and the conditions you'll be working in without seeing it firsthand. We are offering tours for potential applicants at noon on every Saturday in November. If you'd like to sign up, send us an email at rair.philly@gmail.com. 3.
