We're still working out the details of our official membership prices but want to offer everyone who signs up with us before we open our doors a big thank you (!) in the form of a charter membership rate. Charter memberships will give members who are with us from the beginning a discounted rate for the life of their membership. You will have full access to the wood, metal, mold making and casting shops during our hours once we open, receive a discount on lockers/storage and classes, be included in the first exhibition in our gallery and will get our safety training course for free (this safety training course will be required for all members before using our shops and will normally cost $50). The charter membership rate will be $100/month, which is at least 50% of the full membership monthly rate that will be in effect once we open. (Like I said, we are still tweaking our numbers.) In order to secure your spot, first contact me at philadelphiasculpturegym[at]gmail.com with any questions you might have and then you'll be given further instructions as to what info we need from you and where to send your $100 deposit (which will cover your first month.) Students will get 25% off this rate until they graduate (student ID required for discount). Once signed up you'll get a fancy packet in the mail with more details and updates via a members only newsletter. Charter memberships are also available as gifts if you have a special sculptor/crafts person/maker of things that you think might like one for the holidays!
