Seeking funding to sustain one’s artistic practice can be daunting task. Join us for a conversation that will explore micro funding, fiscal sponsorship and the resources available to find the best visual arts funding options for you.

The program begins at 6:30 pm (6:15 registration). This session is free for UArts students and alumni (with ID) and $12.00 general admission. Artists affilalated with The Center for Emerging Visual Artists receive a $2 discount. Pre- Registration is required. Individuals who have not pre-registered are not guaranteed a seat. Weekend Recap
This week was an exciting one at PSG. Paul Carson came in to teach a Build Your Own Bike Frame class, and it was so great to see the bikes come together in just a few days! Amazing job guys!
On Thursday, I headed out to the 30th Annual Center for Emerging Visual Artists Benefit at The Racquet Club of Philadelphia. This year Happy Fernandez was honored with the Founders Award and I was asked to create the award. It was an honor to be there and to meet and speak with everyone, especially Happy's wonderful husband.

Friday night was the First Friday Opening for our Process Show: MIXED MEDIA. Thanks so much to everyone who came out, including the amazing artists!
Saturday was an all lady volunteer day at PSG and Rea, Brynn, Molly, Tara, Julie and Monica moved giant bunches of lockers all over the place. Jenny whipped the metal shop into shape. And I was up in the trusses, planning, planning, planning...

Only $100 a month for unlimited use for the lifetime of your membership!
This charter membership rate will be valid for the life of your membership. However, if you allow your membership to lapse, you will be required to re-join at the full membership rate. Prior to using the facilities at the Philadelphia Sculpture Gym, you will be required to take a safety training course, which is included at no cost with your charter membership. You will also be required to sign a membership agreement/waiver before using any equipment. If you refuse to sign the waiver, your $100 deposit will be refunded. Your $100 covers your first month and prior to opening we'll send you info on options for making future payments.

We offer memberships for every need, from occasional use to full time.Monthly Rates
$25/month- Light use. Includes 1 day per month. Each additional day is $15/day.
$125/month- Part Time. Includes 3 days per week (12 days total per month).
Each additional day is $10/day.
$225/month- Full Time. Includes 7 days per week.
Non Member Rate
$25/day
Student Rate
25% off listed prices with valid ID.
We offer the convenience of month-to-month memberships plans, making it

ABOUT
The Philadelphia Sculpture Gym is a membership based workshop space for artists, crafters, hobbyists, and makers of things. Members have access to a wood shop, metal shop, and mold making and casting area in our 7,5000 square foot facility location in the Fishtown section of Philadelphia.
SERVICES
We are compromised of three main shop spaces: Wood shop, Metal shop and Mold making and Casting area. Our wood shop is outfitted with the following, Saw Stop table saw, bandsaw, drill press, belt and disc sanders, an assortment of hand tools and clams and much more! Next, a metal shop with welders (Oxy-acetylene, TIG, MIG, Plasma Cutter) horizontal bandsaw, drill press, various hand tools, clamps and more. A ventilation mold making and casting studio for working with plaster, resins and mold rubbers. There will also be a modeling studio for independent project and group classes. We have the PSG Gallery for monthly exhibitions. We also provide personal training (one on one help with projects) and custom commission and fabrication work. No job is too big or too small.
